Imagine the life force behind our planet. The spirit that she holds which many of us worship or respect as the great mother. In acknowledging her life should we not acknowledge the lives of all other planets? Space dwelling life forms...! For a time I pondered weather or not ours was one with a fungus growing upon her. A fungus with a disease known as human. But I have since grown away from that idea. One of my brothers says “just because I make a mess doesn’t mean I expect that mess to worship me.” (IE: Deity to Humanity) I agree with this, but I also feel the need to give thanks. So I worship my mother. My planet.
But consider other planets. Mars is a great example. Many say that is was once like Earth. Fertile and full of life. Now it is a rock floating in space around our sun. So I query how can we not acknowledge his life force? Just because there are no green plants and blue rivers. Just because he is not crawling with microbes and spores...!
Take Pluto; all the way in the back. We say a frozen ball orbiting our sun from gravity... I say a young lady who enjoys the cooler weather, so she says in the back.
Could not every planet, every sun, and every asteroid be its own living being!?
The Romans worshiped deities with the names of the planets. Or the planets themselves. Each with its own force and energy. Astrology teaches us that the cosmos holds the key to understanding reality. Should we not acknowledge the chaotic life force that comprises it! We are all and we are one!
Blessings and love!
