Sustainable living is a lifestyle that attempts to reduce an individual's or society's use of the Earth's natural resource and his/her own resources. Practitioners of sustainable living often attempt to reduce their carbon footprint by altering methods of transportation, energy consumption and diet. Proponents of sustainable living aim to conduct their lives in manners that are consistent with sustainability, in natural balance and respectful of humanity's symbiotic relationship with the Earth's natural ecology and cycles. The practice and general philosophy of ecological living is highly interrelated with the overall principles of sustainable development.

have just red your post and have to agree with you I first heard of the magnetic generator from Australia, but taught it was a prototype not available yet, was also worried that big business interests would swallow it up and sit on it. where can i get more info on this?
I was looking at fitting these generators to a ship to power motors to the propellers.

Where on earth is this group going??? I have been reading some of the comments made by various members, some have been advocating the proliferation of nuclear, massive wind farms and coal fired generators with carbon capture and storage. This is insanity! (The Chinese definition of insanity is doing the same things over and over and expecting a different result). With the end result being that Big-Business/Banking empires are laughing all the way to their own Banks!!!
We need a different approach to the centralised generation of Electrical power and I think I have the answer. It is, to generate your own power using proven FREE energy devices, Tesla had working free energy devices in the 1800’s also Wilheim Reich had Orgone free energy devices in the 1940’s. There are many other examples of Free energy, PLEASE let’s look at this. In one country they have a whole town running on a Magnetic Pulse Engine. It is possible for everyone to have their own generator or group’s of people running one to serve them all. The end result is, no more GRID and the disgraceful eyesores we call the electricity grid and more importantly the people who control it would be no more. No more worrying about hefty hike’s in the energy bill’s and drive your car for free with ZERO emission’s , now we are starting to get there. I am not saying I have all the answers, but it sound’s a lot better than any alternative I have seen here so far. For more information about these devices just check the internet, you will be amazed at the devices there. Come on everybody it is easy to turn this around in a short space of time, no waiting for big business or whoever is in control to drag there feet over the cost of converting PowerStation’s and then ripping us all off for it, having caused massive pollution and damage to the environment. We need to hurry up and get our backsides into gear, because if we don’t the future is going to be very difficult for everyone.

2. Drive two billion cars not 10,000 but 5,000 miles a year (at 30 mpg)
