Meditation Once in a meditative state begin to notice all energies. Yours, those around you, everything has a specific energy. Separate yours from all the others. Feel it begin to come in closer to you. See it stick to your skin, then go into you like a protective shielding for your body, which goes inward toward your inner light. It moves through your body with your skin as the barrier holding it all in. This is you. At peace and whole. This should feel pure. Imagine all this energy as solely positive. You and your bodies energies are centered. Now imagine all those energies going straight down. They go right through the lowest part of your body (if you are standing this would be your feet and if you are sitting this would be your butt). Down through any man made substances under you, straight down through the ground and into the earth like tree roots. Envision them growing down, extending deep into the earth’s womb.
Imagine your energies and the earth’s energies mixing and becoming one.
See yourself as a tarren(human) tree stationary and permanently a part of the earth.
Feel the love coming from the great mother and feel inner peace within the self. You are grounded to the earth mother.

Buddhism places the highest value on human rights and seeks to ensure that human rights are respected. In caring for just one person, one tries to thoroughly protect and do everything he can for that person. One who respects and embraces the children of the Buddha in this way is a truly capable person and a true leader.

In Arizona, 10 protesters were arrested Monday morning after they chained themselves together and blocked the road leading to the San Francisco Peaks near Flagstaff. The activists were protesting plans for a ski resort, called the Arizona Snowbowl, to use recycled sewer water to make artificial snow on a mountain considered sacred by 13 Native American tribes.

Gulf Researchers Discover Dead Dolphins, Oil on Sea Floor

Researchers in the Gulf of Mexico have found dead baby dolphins are washing up along the Mississippi and Alabama coastlines at 10 times the normal rate. The Sun Herald newspaper in Mississippi reports that 17 young dolphins have been collected along the shorelines so far this year, the first birthing season for dolphins since the massive BP oil spill. Deaths in the adult dolphin population have also risen sharply over the past nine months. Meanwhile, a top marine scientist, Samantha Joye of the University of Georgia, has revealed that large amounts of the oil from the BP spill remains stuck on the sea floor bottom in the Gulf Of Mexico, decimating life on parts of the sea floor.

She was walking down an outdoor OLD stairs, made of stone and perhaps of piramid shape. She was wearing a black robe that covered her whole body, no skin showing.
She had on this big round black (something) on her head so she walked as if she were carrying 20 lbs on her head. I couldnt see her face really, may have been wearing a mask too, but maybe not, she was just so dark. But, no neg feelings at all.
Anyway, if you have any ideas of a pic would be really great, I'd appriciate it.
