I am vegan. I do very highly support Peta in all the say and do. But I am not Peta. I do not practice what they practice. Giving people shit and telling them they are wrong is wrong in itself. Taking violent action to convince others is NOT my way of life. This literature is my way of ranting and raving about how much I am pissed off about the mistreatment of my sisters and brothers. But this is all I will ever do. I make great efforts to avoid talking about this in public unless it is brought up to me first. Basically, I don't want you slinging your steak in my face, so I wont impose my beliefs on you. However, please bear in mind that watching you eat my people, my siblings and my friends, is far more horrible to me than my preaching would be to you!

Animals are better than people. They don’t make nuclear bombs to kill each other. They only fight for sex and food. (Instinct). They don’t kill with a lack of reason where as humans kill for fun. Humans make a sport out of hunting living creatures. Humans make money from violently killing living creatures. (KFC Cruelty) Animals never did anything to us to deserve such treatment. (Oh and Don’t forget taxidermy!)

We take their homes, and they fall back. We commit genocide on entire species, and they fall back (Don’t forget Genocide is a world crime recognized by the world court). We have wars, and in the process of killing each other, we kill them, and they fall back. We think we are smarter, and better than them. We think that they are ours to do with as we please. We truly do not need the furs or the meat, due to technological advances. We kill them because we don’t want them around us (vermin); and we think WE are better?

We will wipe out every living thing on this earth, which the gods intended for us all to share in peace and harmony. We attempt to put a price on the earth and attempt to own it. (RIIIIIGHT?! As if you can own Gaia.) We say that animals overpopulate and breed constantly so we must kill some of them. If you may believe this then you should also believe in randomly selecting humans to kill for human population control. (This means you and your children can be chosen just like I can.)

When it boils down to it, it’s just a big red neck/hillbilly philosophy of dominance and fun stating ‘Hey Joe Bob lets go kill sumthin’ fer are shits n’ giggles!’
We are supposed to be an enlightened, technologically advanced, civilized people and yet, we must find our fun in legal murder.

We are supposed to be better than animals! That’s why we don’t condone rape! It’s why we dint condone inner species murder! So how can we justify murder in any sense?! How can anyone justify taking an innocent life?

Soy is just as healthy or unhealthy as meat!
Different soy tastes different and you can find alternatives to meat.
And how is it not worth it, to suffer a small change in taste to protect the lives of others?!

How can anyone justify trading one life for another?
Picking and choosing who lives and who dies...

What right does anyone have to draw a line between higher and lower species?! Is it because you cannot here their voices? Their objections? I can here their voices! And I HAVE herd their screams and their cries. It is a horrific sound that only individuals such as Adolph Hitler’s SS could...
appreciate/ live with/ tolerate/ get off on...

This is one of the reason why I don't like to eat most of the time.
At all or just meat?
A thought:
Regardless of weather or not one likes to eat meat it doesn't negate the fact that killing is wrong. Ending one life to save another (especially as humans and within the animal kingdom) is wrong in my opinion. There are many worldly pleasures that we can partake in, without doing harm to others! And there are other worldly pleasures that we do not participate in if they harm others...
Food for thought...?

An example of inconveniencing the self for the spirituality and proper path... Real paganism...?
Iowa Considers Bill to Criminalize Undercover Videos at Farms

In Iowa, lawmakers are considering a bill that would make it illegal for animal rights activists to go undercover and record video of farm animal abuse. Backed by Iowa’s agriculture industry, the bill would impose fines and prison sentences on anyone who seeks agricultural employment in order to capture footage. In recent years, undercover videos have revealed shocking conditions at a number of locations and have led to plant closures and meat recalls.

South African soldiers battle rhino poachers in Kruger
The soldiers sleep in tents, hidden from roaming lions by a blind, and protected by high-powered rifles that also ward off the even more dangerous threat of poachers.

In April, South African soldiers were deployed in Kruger National Park to safeguard the border with Mozambique, where heavily armed and highly organised poachers have driven the slaughter of rhinos to record levels to feed an Asian black market for traditional medicine.

"It's not just a poacher coming in and he's hunting for meat, or he comes in with his snares or he comes in with his darts to hunt with a hunting rifle," said Ken Maggs, a top environmental crimes investigator in the park.

"He's coming prepared to fight. Hence the tactics that we deploy on the ground are military, paramilitary."

The poachers slip across the Mozambican border with night-vision goggles, AK-47s, hunting rifles, and in one case, a grenade. Moving in the dark, they scrawl warnings to rangers in the sand.

The army patrols are the first line of defence. Working with a park ranger, they walk through the bush in the early hours of morning, alert to the threat of both predators and poachers.

Horses could soon be slaughtered for meat in US

TULSA, Okla. (AP) — Horses could soon be butchered in the U.S. for human consumption after Congress quietly lifted a 5-year-old ban on funding horse meat inspections, and activists say slaughterhouses could be up and running in as little as a month.

Slaughter opponents pushed a measure cutting off funding for horse meat inspections through Congress in 2006 after other efforts to pass outright bans on horse slaughter failed in previous years. Congress lifted the ban in a spending bill President Barack Obama signed into law Nov. 18 to keep the government afloat until mid-December.
